Robotic line for working mass-production toric / cylindrical mineral glass lenses. The line consists of a high capacity cup wheel LABOR / 2 generator unit and a separate chamfering unit. The complete automatism of the line allows a reduced manpower necessity; only one operator can control 3/4 lines at the same time. Each unit is provided with a programmable CNC interface. The load of the pre-locked lenses on the working lens holders simply happens by depositing them on the front conveyor belt.
On request software options available: collecting and storing data and work statistics with the possibility of interchange data RS232. The line is used in addition to the production of astigmatic lenses also for the processing of glass molds for CR39 injection.
