Industrial full automatic CNC Edging Machine for Mass-production of standard lenses (solar, ophthalmic, special lenses)
The machine, fully automated, is equipped with pick & place for the automatic loading of the lenses from dedicated parking. DiskOver/S2 is able to realize the shaping, CX bevel, CC bevel, CC counter-bevel and lens blunting through the acquisition of DXF shape files or connecting to a standard tracer for form acquisition. Worked lens is returned to the operator by the same principal P&P.
