Semi-automatic lapping Polishing Toric machines for working toric, spherical, irregular surfaces. Specially realized both for mineral toric lenses mass-production (CC Surface / internal cyl.) as well as for use in the prescription laboratory. It is also used in the production of both CC and CX toric molds. Suitable for mineral glass, CR39, High Index, Polycarbonate and all organic materials. Thanks to the particular kinematic, machine offers reduced processing times, up to 50% compared to traditional systems especially in mass-production. The machine is offered in 2 different versions – RPT / 2M for concave surfaces – RPT / 2L for Convex surfaces processing too.
