Specially designed for the mass-processing of concave and convex lenses in mineral glass. Equipped with special tools in PCD the unit is transformed into a generator to receive RX for CUT TO POLISH generations of organic materials: CR39 – Polycarbonates – High-Index).
Precision of the work axes of a thousands of a millimetre, management software with graphic interface in Windows. Equipped with DataBase for the filing of the grinder and lens carrier parameters. It may be equipped with Bar Code reader for processing in automatic data acquisition.
The machine may be equipped with automatic lens loading/release device in the mass- produced version (single lens) or in the prescription laboratory version (drawer with 2 lenses).
