Automatic device for recirculation and filtering of the Generation and Lapping blend-coolant. Filtration system takes place by the passage of the liquid through a special viscose disposable filter. The variable weights of the filters can be choices according to the specific need (from 10 to 100 gr./m2). Device filters separately chipboard residues of plastic materials such as Polycarbonate and Trivex and the powders deriving from the processing of dry materials similar to CR / 39.
A special sensor controls the water level. The processing wastes are collected in a special final tank. Device is provided with autonomous pump for recirculation of the included mixture and it can be connected to a cooling system to control the temperature of the working mixture.
